Why Heaven Sent Joined The Fight

ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. As a home health care provider, we have seen first hand how debilitating this disease is for not only our clients, but for thousands of others across the country. It is our goal to assist Compassionate Care ALS to support people diagnosed with ALS.

Facts About ALS

At Least 5,000 people are diagnosed per year
Patients with ALS have a 2-5 year life expectancy
Every 90 minutes, someone is diagnosed and someone passes away
$250,000 is the estimated out of pocket expense for caring for a person with ALS
2 billion dollars is the estimated cost to develop a drug to slow or stop the progression of ALS
There is currently no cure for ALS

Last Year's Tournament - 2024

Thank you to everyone who attended our 3^rd Annual Putt For ALS Golf Classic! This event is not possible without support from all of you. We had a huge turnout with a full field of golfers and over 100 different tournament sponsors. With your help, we were able to donate $30,000 to benefit Compassionate Care ALS.

Our goal for this years tournament is to raise $50,000 for Compassionate Care ALS. This years prizes and giveaways will be bigger and better than ever! Please join us August 25^th and help support those battling ALS.
